The Little Farm is the hinterland dream, located just minutes from the village of Newrybar in the beautiful hamlet of Brooklet. This expansive property boasts a main house with a wrap-around veranda, large living areas, and three bedrooms.
The gardens flow onto a large tropical pool and undercover entertaining area, which is perfect for poolside relaxing and BBQ's or just escaping those warm summer days.
The Little Farm is a special place to relax & unwind while also being very central and only a 3-minute drive to the famous Harvest cafe for amazing barista coffee & food. The Little Farm is private and elevated with views over the valley to the north, the house is perfect for family and friends to enjoy a hinterland holiday.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living areas leading to wrap-around veranda's overlooking the gardens and valley. Timber floors feature throughout the entertaining areas.
There is a large wood fireplace, plus air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom for extra comfort.
Outside there is a separate artist studio by the pool with a lounge area and bathroom. The pool area is ideal to gather for BBQS and entertaining. The pool is complete with decking, outdoor lounges and entertaining areas. The grounds are magical, beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the house and boundaries with lush valley views.

Fully self contained.
The property can sleep 10 guests with the house and two cottages available for guests.
LOCATION
The Little Farm is 12 minutes to Byron Bay CBD, 6 minutes to Broken Head Beach, 7 minutes to beautiful Bangalow, 14 minutes to Ballina airport and only 50 minutes to Gold Coast airport.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. SCHOOLIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Thank you for your understanding.
FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATIONS:
If your booking is affected by Covid Border restrictions we are able to offer a credit for a future booking. We can also offer a refund in some circumstances but this will incur a $250 administration fee.
